Skarda Equipment Mission Statement
For over 40 years,
Skarda Equipment has been the Midwest’s premier motion control distributor,
offering the world’s top manufacturers in fluid power, electrical and motion
control products. In addition to the ability to supply product, we also maintain
a highly trained technical staff that has the ability to analyze industrial
production and specify products to improve production and efficiency. With the
ability to provide solutions using pneumatic, hydraulic or electrical motion
control offerings, we are unique in that we can select the best technology for
solving the problem. Our service commitment is to provide our customers the
correct product, at the right place at the right time.
Our goal is to never lose a customer because we did not provide the customer
satisfaction required. Our promise is that we will be here tomorrow. We have
been a family-owned company since 1969, and all of our operations will be
encompassed by the golden rule, providing the highest ethics and total fairness
to our customers, employees, vendors and friends.
Skarda Equipment Company is a motion control distributor serving a specified
territory covering Nebraska, Iowa, Kansas, western Missouri and southeastern
South Dakota. We will grow within our territory by providing the best possible
service to our customers and serving the specific needs of Skarda Equipment’s
primary business partners.
Skarda Equipment’s goal is 100% customer satisfaction, and we will continually
strive to improve our quality in order to reach that goal. Everything we do in
our day-to-day activity has an impact on our customer’s overall satisfaction. We
will install systems of monitoring to measure for the quality required to
provide the best possible service to our customers. We will operate as a team.
All of our operations as we know them today will be under constant scrutiny,
looking for ways to improve or automate our processes. Employee and customer
involvement in presenting problems and discovering solutions will be essential
for the success of this company. Employee involvement in the implementation of
those solutions is essential.
Each department of Skarda Equipment Company will operate under their own
laid-out job specifications. We will be in a continually changing process to
improve operations and service. Non-essential work will be scrutinized
continuously. Only work essential to providing the level of service required for
total customer satisfaction will be performed.
